Clergy's role on medical ethics committees.

R C Eyer.

Abstract

Presents a view of clergy serving ethics committees as symbols of a "different reality" and as representatives of a historical faith. Notes the roles of clergy as theologians, teachers, and pastors dedicated to the task of asking the right questions, clarifying issues, and speaking clearly the witness which the Judeo-Christian faith proclaims.
