Abstract
OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this study was to describe the CT characteristics in patients with Clonorchis sinensis pancreatitis. CONCLUSION: CT showed that in the presence of diffuse mild intrahepatic bile duct dilatation, the enlargement of the body or tail (or both) of the pancreas, with a cluster of small cystic changes within the pancreatic parenchyma, was strong evidence for the possibility of C. sinensis pancreatitis.
