Abstract
This is the first report of a successful first metatarsophalangeal joint arthrodesis using great toe arthroscopy and percutaneous internal fixation. The surgical trauma associated with open operative arthrodesis can be minimized using minimally invasive techniques under arthroscopic control. The authors describe the principles of the surgery and discuss the advantages compared with traditional surgery.Entities:
