Abstract
We have previously reported oligodeoxynucleotides (ODNs) containing 4'-C- and 5'-C-substituted thymidines, which demonstrated certain favorable biophysical and biochemical properties. In this communication, the hybridization and nuclease stability data of the ODNs along with their capability to induce RNase H activity are presented.Entities:
