Abstract
The gastrointestinal (GI) tract comprises the esophagus, stomach, small intestine, large intestine, pancreas, mesentery, and associated lymph nodes. Diseases that result in structural lesions of the GI tract and diseases that cause abnormal GI motility are potentially detectable using diagnostic imaging techniques, whereas disorders of the GI tract that are manifested as histological lesions or metabolic dysfunction are not.Entities:
