Template for surgical crown lengthening: fabrication technique.

This article describes a technique for the easy fabrication of a template to facilitate surgical lengthening of the clinical crown to enhance esthetics and/or increase retention of a fixed prosthesis. The use of this surgical guide should result in more predictable clinical results.
