Abstract
A survey of potential users of NHS Direct showed the idea was popular, particularly with parents of children under five, people with long-term illness and carers. Respondents envisaged the main function of the service as providing advice on minor ailments. Most respondents were willing to pay for a local call to ring the service.Entities:
