R Davidhizar1.

Abstract

In the present age of downsizing in health care, many health care professionals are losing their jobs. This significantly affects both the physical and psychological health of the person who has lost the job. Additionally, those left on the job are likely to feel insecure and fearful that their job may also be threatened. This article presents guidelines for coping with the loss of a job and how to aggressively seek a new one.
