Abstract
Seven cases of old total rupture of the adductor longus muscle are described. Five patients were referred with the suspicion of a soft tissue tumour. Six patients reported an adequate trauma when thoroughly questioned; four of them had sustained the injury while playing soccer; the seventh patient could not recall any trauma. The diagnosis of this lesion is discussed.Entities:
