Abstract
Reduction of pelvic adhesion formation and reformation represents a major challenge for the reproductive pelvic surgeon. Recently developed barrier methods appear promising, offering the advantage of nonsystemic therapy. Presented is a review of the literature and appraisal of the evolution of barrier agents. The current state-of-the-art barrier agent Interceed (TC-7) is discussed.Entities:
