Abstract
This article briefly reviews the role of ultrasound scanning in the diagnosis and management of fetal cardiac disease. Currently, the potential exists for the accurate identification of a wide range of cardiac defects and for the diagnosis and successful management of many cardiac rhythm disturbances. Considerable benefit is derived for families with previously affected children when a normal fetal cardiac ultrasound report can be provided.Entities:
