Operational changes help Mediplex's profitability.

After regressing under the control of Avon Products, the Mediplex Group is back with its original managers. In only one year, they've taken several steps to bring about a rebound by the chain of skilled-nursing, rehabilitation, psychiatric and substance-abuse treatment facilities.
