Abstract
The epicondylar osteotomy is a valuable tool for use in both primary and revision knee arthroplasty. Without damaging the ligamentous structures, this technique provides the surgeon with a means of accessing the knee, correcting deformity, and restoring knee stability. I have not experienced any clinical problems associated with this procedure.Entities:
