Abstract
Müllerian duct cysts occupying the pelvic/abdominal region are rare. We describe a müllerian duct cyst extending into the lower abdomen in a 47-year-old man complaining of urinary retention. We removed the cyst through a suprapubic retrovesical approach. No malignancy was found in the surgical specimen.Entities:
