Abstract
In a case of hyperparathyroidism associated with a large parathyroid cyst a causal association was demonstrated by the presence of enormous quantities of parathormone in the cyst fluid. Assay of hormone levels in the cyst fluid in future cases may be helpful in elucidating the aetiology of this rare condition.Entities:
