Abstract
A simple method for the collection of peritoneal cells from small laboratory animals is described. Peritoneal exudates were induced by either caseinate or glycogen, and the cells were retrieved through a closed system. The technique permitted repeated studies on individual animals and yielded consistently sterile cell suspensions.Entities:
