Abstract
Disseminated superficial actinic porokeratosis is characterized by multiple, brown, annular, keratotic lesions that develop predominantly on the extensor surfaces of the legs and arms during the third and fourth decades of life. No ideal treatment of disseminated superficial actinic porokeratosis has been found. We describe a patient with this condition whose skin lesions responded to topical tacalcitol.Entities:
