Abstract
The authors report the case of a valve of the anterior urethra in a five year old boy, which was carefully explored from a radiological, endoscopic and urodynamic standpoint. The lesion was successfully treated by transurethral resection. The features of this type of obstructive problem are discussed in the light of the case, together with the diagnostic value of urodynamic studies and endoscopic photography and, finally, the possibilities of treatment, emphasising the simplicity and effectiveness of transurethral resection.Entities:
